Ideal for all fish from lakes, Tanganyika, Malawi, and Victoria. Treats up to 1000 Litres

• Increase the hardness to 24 degrees (for harder water increase the dose rate)
• Increase the pH to 8.2 (for African Cichlids you will also need to increase the KH levels by using Biotope pH /KH booster, Cichlid from different areas and lake require different KH levels, a general guide would be to keep the KH levels between 8 and 12 degrees, at these levels the pH will also become stable.
• Adds essential electrolytes
• Salt free contains no sodium chloride, African Cichlids come from hard alkaline waters, this is sometimes confused with brackish waters, its true brackish waters are also hard and alkaline, but brackish water are hard and alkaline due to the ocean, and therefore high in salt (sodium chloride). African lakes are hard due to high levels of dissolved minerals from the surrounding rocks, the African lakes have high levels of magnesium, calcium, carbonates, and bi-carbonates to name a few, but they are not high in salt (sodium chloride), and therefore African Cichlid should not be kept in salty water.
• Use Bio-Safe with each water change
• Dosage: 10ml per 10Litres with each water change, treating only the newly added water
