Refunds & Exchanges

All refunds will be made via PayPal or Bank Deposit.
Refunds made to PayPal accounts are immediate however Credit Card can take 3-4 business days

Faulty products

• In the unfortunate case where your product is defective having carefully followed the manufacturer instructions then please contact us immediately and return the product to us within 28 days of receiving the goods.
  
  At our discretion we will:
  - Give you a refund (within 7 days) for the defective product or
  - Exchange it for the same product, or replace just the faulty part to ensure the complete product is functioning again.
  
  If your item is faulty we will also credit you the return shipping costs.

Product exchange

• Please contact us within 28 days of receiving your order.
• Please ensure the product(s) is undamaged, unused, intact and in a suitable state to be resold.
• If upon return the product is damaged in transit then at our discretion we may not be able to accept as an exchange. 
• Shipping costs from the original purchase will not be refunded.
