Delivery Information - $7.50 per order for most parcels
- Your order should arrive between the hours of 8am to 5pm Monday-Friday excluding public holidays.
- Special delivery requests:
Please specify these in the "Order Comments and Special Requests" field when filling in your shipping details. - When shipping to a P.O. Box address please provide your residential address in your customer details.
- We use Australia Post to deliver your aquarium products to your door.
- If you miss your delivery a card will be left in your letterbox asking you come in and pick up your order from your nearest Australia Post Office.
- Delivery times:
Australia: Delivery in working days: 2-5 days QLD, 4-7 other states. - Some items are opened prior to shipping to ensure the contents are correct and safe to ship.

Delivery charges
- Delivery charges do not include setup or installation.
- Orders are shipped with Australia Post to all of Australia with a flat rate of only $7.50 (up to 4kg) per order. Orders weighing more than 4kg are calculated as below:
0-4kg $7.50 4-10kg $15.00 10-20kg $21.50 20-28kg $29.00
Availability
- All goods are subject to availability and there may be circumstances beyond our control that means we may not be able to fulfil your order in whole or in part.
- In this case we will contact you by phone as a first option and then follow up with an email.
- If deemed necessary we reserve the right to refuse any order or any part of an order.
Refunds & Exchanges
- All refunds will be made by Credit Card, PayPal or Bank Deposit. There may be a 2-3 day delay for the transaction to show up on your statement when refunding to your Credit Card.
Faulty products
- In the unfortunate case where your product is defective having carefully followed the manufacturer instructions then please contact us immediately and return the product to us within 7 days of receiving the goods.
At the descretion of the Aquarium Shop Australia we will:
- Give you a refund for the defective product or
- Exchange it for the same product
If your item is faulty we will also credit you the return shipping costs.
Product exchange
- Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Please ensure the product(s) is unused, intact and in a suitable state to be resold.
- If the product is damaged in transit then it cannot be accepted as an exchange by The Aquarium Shop Australia.
- Shipping costs from the original purchase will not be refunded.
